Over the last 12 months (Apr 2014-Mar 2015), pending sales in the western upstate region were up 9.6% overall. The price range with the largest gain in sales was the $300,001 and above range, where pending sales increased 17.1%.

In the city of Anderson, March brought 217 new listings and 115 closed sales. The median sales price on those sales was $125,000 down from $128,000 in March 2014. The average days on market for homes sold in March was 123 days.
144 new listings on Lake Hartwell hit the market in March, and 28 lakefront properties sold. Median sales price on Lake Hartwell was $218,500 after spending an average of 153 days on the market.
For Lake Keowee property owners, there were 81 new listings and 22 closed sales last month. The median sales price was $374,500 and an average days on market of 144 days.
